Goldify Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Performance Marketing and PPC Campaigns
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Strategy and Creation
• Brand Development and Strategy
• Analytics and Reporting

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or proposals.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Communicate openly about goals, concerns, and feedback

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Goldify Solutions retains ownership of:

• Pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies
• Generic components and frameworks
• Internal processes and proprietary systems

We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, trade secrets, and any other sensitive data.

Goldify Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Access to accounts and assets will be transferred to the client
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
